What each option includes
Shared Shuttle (from $35 per person). The best value at JFK for solo travelers and couples. You share a comfortable van with other travelers heading in the same direction. Door-to-door service to your Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens address — not a fixed bus stop. Flight tracking is included, so your driver adjusts if your flight runs late.
Private Sedan (from $65). A clean, late-model sedan with a professional driver, just for your party. Ideal for 1–3 passengers with standard luggage. Meet & greet at arrivals included on airport pickups.
Luxury SUV (from $95). More space, more presence. Seats up to 6 with room for extra luggage — the right choice for families, golf trips, and anyone who wants extra comfort. Popular for JFK to Manhattan runs with 4+ bags.
Sprinter Van (from $130). Seats up to 12 with generous luggage capacity. Built for group transfers: wedding parties, corporate groups, sports teams, and cruise transfers. See group transportation for multi-vehicle options.
Stretch Limousine (from $150). The classic airport statement. Chauffeur-driven stretch limo with meet & greet, red-carpet style pickup at the terminal, and 60 minutes of complimentary wait time on arrivals. Hourly limo service starts at $85/hr with a 2-hour minimum. If you’re comparing options, our hourly chauffeur service page has the full breakdown.
Hourly Chauffeur (from $85/hr). Your car and driver on standby — as directed, by the hour. 2-hour minimum. Perfect for roadshows, multiple meetings across the city, prom and wedding day-of transport, and nights out.
How our pricing works
Fixed means fixed. When you request a quote, the fare is calculated from your pickup, destination, vehicle, and date — and it does not change because of traffic, weather, or demand. A rainy Friday at 6pm costs exactly what the website quoted you.
Tolls are included. The Queens-Midtown Tunnel, RFK Bridge, Verrazzano — whatever your route needs, the tolls are already in the fare. Yellow cabs and many car services add tolls and surcharges on top of the base rate; we don’t.
No surge pricing. Rideshare apps can double or triple fares during peak hours, holidays, and bad weather. Our rates are the same at 3am on a Tuesday as they are on Thanksgiving weekend.
Extra stops. Need to pick up a colleague or drop bags at the hotel before the final destination? Additional stops within the same borough are $15 each; stops in a different borough are quoted individually. Just mention them when you book.
Child seats are free. One of the most common questions we get. Child seats and boosters are provided free of charge — just request them in the booking notes with your child’s age so we bring the right seat. More details on our child car seats page.
Waiting time. For airport arrivals, the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are on us — that’s the grace period while you clear customs and collect bags. After 60 minutes, waiting time is billed at $15 per 15 minutes. For non-airport pickups, the grace period is 15 minutes. We track your flight with flight tracking, so if you’re delayed in the air, we already know.
Luggage. Standard luggage is always included: one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger for sedans, more for SUVs and vans. Oversized items (skis, golf bags, large equipment) — mention them when booking so we assign the right vehicle.
Shared vs. private: which is cheaper?
For one or two travelers, the shared shuttle (from $35 per person) is almost always the cheapest door-to-door option from JFK. For three or more passengers, a private sedan (from $65 total) usually beats buying three or four shuttle seats — and you leave immediately instead of waiting for other passengers.
Quick math: 2 travelers → shared shuttle ≈ $70. 3 travelers → private sedan from $65 (cheaper and private). 6 travelers → SUV from $95 or sprinter from $130, depending on luggage.
Service area
Our standard rates cover JFK pickups and drop-offs across the five boroughs, Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk), Westchester, and nearby New Jersey and Connecticut. See our service area routes or a specific borough page for details. Destinations beyond our standard zones are quoted individually — contact us and we’ll price it fairly.
Frequently asked questions about rates
Are your rates really all-in? What’s NOT included?
The quoted fare includes the ride, tolls, and standard meet & greet on airport pickups. The only things that can add to it: extra stops you request, waiting time beyond the free grace period, and gratuity, which is always at your discretion and never auto-added.
Do prices change on holidays or during rush hour?
No. Our rates are fixed year-round. The fare for a Tuesday morning is the same as New Year’s Eve.
Is the shared shuttle really door-to-door?
Yes. Unlike airport buses with fixed stops, our shared shuttle picks you up at your JFK terminal and drops you at your specific address in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens.
How far in advance should I book to lock in these rates?
Rates are locked at the moment you book — days or weeks ahead, the fare holds. Same-day bookings are welcome when vehicles are available.
Do you charge for flight delays?
No. We track your flight, and the 60-minute arrival grace period starts at actual landing time, not scheduled time. Delays in the air cost you nothing.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancel later than that and a one-way fare may apply. Full details on our terms.
Can I get a receipt for business travel?
Yes — itemized email receipts are sent automatically after every trip, suitable for expense reports.
