Booking Tips for a Smooth Pickup
Always enter your actual flight number. This is the single most important thing you can do to guarantee a smooth pickup. Our system monitors every flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed 40 minutes, your driver waits. If it is diverted, our dispatch team calls you immediately. Without your flight number, we are flying blind.
Book in advance for holiday travel. Thanksgiving week, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, and Labor Day weekends are our busiest periods. We recommend booking at least 5–7 days ahead during these periods to secure your preferred vehicle class. Weekday, off-peak bookings can typically be arranged with 2–3 hours notice.
