Why Our Flat-Rate Pricing Beats Everything Else in NYC

New York City airport transportation pricing is notoriously opaque. Yellow cabs to JFK operate on a flat rate of $70 from Manhattan — but that rate excludes tolls (which can add $10–$20 depending on your route), and the tip. By the time your taxi arrives at the terminal, the actual cost is typically $90–$100. Uber and Lyft, meanwhile, are metered and surge dynamically. A 6am pickup on a holiday can cost 3× the base rate.

Our pricing model is completely different. Every rate in the table above is your total out-of-pocket cost. It includes the vehicle, the driver, all bridge and tunnel tolls, the Port Authority access fee, the MTA Improvement Surcharge, airport congestion fees, and driver gratuity. Nothing is added at the end. Nothing is recalculated based on traffic or time of day. You see the price, you book, and that is the price you pay.

For travelers moving between JFK and Manhattan, our luxury sedan at $65 is genuinely competitive with a metered taxi once all charges are factored in — and you get a significantly superior experience: a professional chauffeur, a late-model luxury vehicle, a name sign in arrivals, and real-time flight tracking with automatic adjustment if your flight is delayed.

JFK to Brooklyn is one of our most popular routes. The geographic distance from central Brooklyn (Park Slope, DUMBO, Williamsburg) to JFK is actually shorter than Manhattan, but taxi meters often run higher due to expressway routing. Our flat rate of $70 (sedan) or $90 (SUV) for Brooklyn is consistently the best value private transfer available.

JFK to New Jersey transfers are where the value proposition becomes most dramatic. The NJ Turnpike tolls, George Washington Bridge or Goethals Bridge fees, and airport exit tolls can add $25–$40 on top of a rideshare metered fare. Our $95 flat-rate NJ sedan transfer is genuinely all-in, making it frequently cheaper than a rideshare on a normal day — and significantly cheaper on a surge day.

For Long Island and Connecticut transfers, private car service is simply the only sensible option. The LIRR requires a connection through Jamaica and does not reach most suburban addresses. Private transfers from $90 to Nassau County and $140 to Greenwich, CT provide door-to-door service that no other mode can match.
