If you need to modify a booking, update your flight number, change your pickup time, add a child seat, or cancel — call +1 (718) 255-5000 or reply to your booking confirmation email. Modifications made more than 2 hours before your scheduled pickup are handled immediately. Last-minute changes (under 2 hours) are handled on a best-effort basis but are almost always accommodated.

For custom routes, group quotes, corporate accounts, or destinations not listed in our standard rate card, call us or use the contact form above and we will reply with a custom quote within 30 minutes during business hours.

Corporate & Group Enquiries

Companies and organizations that require recurring airport transfers can open a corporate account with us. Corporate accounts come with monthly consolidated billing, itemized ride reports for expense management, dedicated account management, priority dispatch, and volume-based pricing. Lost & Found

Left something in one of our vehicles? Call us immediately at +1 (718) 255-5000 with your booking reference number. We contact the driver directly and coordinate return of your item. Most lost items are recovered within 24 hours. We hold recovered items at our dispatch office for 30 days.
